Sky4Sim release 1.7.1.0 – FS2024 EFB integration

Hello dear simmers!

The new Sky4Sim version 1.7.1.0 has just landed!

This version introduces FS2024 native EFB integration (available as a new perk) and includes multiple bug fixes.

Features

Improvements

  • Flight plan application: You can now choose which simulator to use for saving or opening flight plans (MSFS or FS2024).
  • Exit behavior: Sky4Sim now exits automatically when FS2024 shuts down.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed a bug when searching for an NDB that no longer exists in the database.
  • Resolved an issue that prompted users to select the installed simulator on every startup.
  • Fixed a problem with community add-on installation.
  • Corrected a bug where map add-ons overlapped each other.
  • Fixed an issue where the plane icon would not reappear after being disabled and then re-enabled.
  • Resolved a bug related to real weather depending on the computer’s language settings.
  • Fixed issues with the ground elevation profile when changing the current segment.
